1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (''Terms'') govern your access to and use of the Same Day Road Test website (https://samedayroadtest.com), its staging and examiner panels, and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the ''Platform''), operated by Same Day Test 7Days Week Inc. (''Company'', ''We'', ''Us'', ''Our'').

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering for an account, scheduling a road test, or making a payment — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Same Day Road Test provides an online scheduling and registration platform that enables users to locate, book, and manage road test appointments at affiliated testing locations across Michigan. Our services include:

  • Road test scheduling for Car, CDL, Motorcycle, and Driver Evaluation categories

  • Search and filtering of available testing locations by proximity and test type

  • Online registration, appointment confirmation, and related communications

  • Access to the Examiner Panel for authorized examiners to manage test sessions

  • Access to the Admin Panel for authorized staff to manage the platform

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific time slot, location, or examiner. All scheduling is subject to real-time availability.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password

  • Immediately notify us at (313) 882-2009 or via the contact page of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

All road test bookings made through the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • All fees displayed are inclusive of any applicable service charges.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our current cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking or on the applicable location page.

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled test without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the notice period provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to examiner unavailability, weather conditions, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund at our discretion.

5. Examiner and Admin Panel Access

Access to the Examiner Panel and Admin Panel is strictly limited to authorized personnel approved by Same Day Test 7Days Week Inc. Authorized users of these panels agree to:

  • Use the panels solely for their intended professional purposes

  • Not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals

  • Comply with all data handling and privacy obligations as communicated during onboarding

  • Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately

Unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an ''as is'' and ''as available'' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we make every effort to maintain accurate and current information, we do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components

  • The information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up to date

  • Any particular road test location will be available at any given time

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Same Day Test 7Days Week Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided through it, including but not limited to missed road test appointments, licensing delays, or failed test outcomes.

Any reliance on information provided through the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Same Day Test 7Days Week Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including blog resources and social media pages). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice

  • Update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform

  • Change fees, service offerings, or available locations without prior notice

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
