2. Lessons & Attendance
Arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [X hours] in advance. Late arrivals or missed lessons may be charged in full.
3. Payments
All fees must be paid before or at the start of training. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once training begins.
4. Safety
Lessons may be canceled if the instructor believes you are unfit to drive (e.g., due to alcohol, drugs, or illness). Safety rules must be followed at all times.
5. Use of Vehicles
Our vehicles are insured and maintained for training. If you use your own car, it must be roadworthy and insured for lessons.
6. Driving Test
We assist with test bookings, but test slots depend on the transport authority. We are not responsible for cancellations made by them.
7. Behavior
Respectful conduct toward instructors and staff is required. The school may terminate training for misconduct without refund.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
